Full Exhibition Stand Inclusions
Exhibition shell set up; 3.0m (W) x 1.8m (D) x 2.3m (H)
Power (10amp power box), 2 x 150-watt spotlights, clothed trestle table and 2 chairs
Two complimentary full Conference registration
Acknowledgment in digital communications (website, app, email and social media)
Opportunity to provide a question for the conference exhibitor quiz
Company logo, 50-word blurb and website advertised on the Conference app
Additional stand attendee registrations can be purchased for $450 + GST
All those who are onsite at NZAS 2025 Conference, must be registered and wear their name badge at all times (including bump in and out days).
Compulsory Actions
Stand Registration
All exhibition stands receive two complimentary registrations. Additional stand attendees are $450 +gst and can be purchased below.
H&S Induction
All exhibitors are required to complete the online health and safety induction prior to the conference.
NZAS Sponsorship Gifts Policy
Please ensure you are familiar with the NZAS Sponsorship Gifts Policy.
Exhibitor Quiz and Scavenger Hunt
Please email either one quiz question and answer, or a task to be completed by delegates to be included in the Exhibitor Quiz & Scavenger Hunt.

Exhibitors can begin to dismantle their stand at the conclusion of lunch, approximately 2.00pm
Tākina Wellington Convention and Exhibition Centre

Exhibition pack in is via the Tākina Dockway.
The Tākina Dockway is one-way access only, from Wakefield Street.
Appropriate footwear to be worn (i.e., no open toed footwear).
You must unload your vehicle and then immediately move your vehicle out of the Dockway area.
It is only open between 8am – 4pm; Monday – Friday.
Any weekend access must be pre-arranged with your Function Coordinator and may have additional charges.

Courier deliveries will only be accepted during the Dockway opening hours of 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
Goods will only be stored for 48 hours after the event.

Exhibition Build Company and Furniture Hire
Exhibition Hire Services is the company contracted to install the shell scheme and also assist with additional stand furniture and accessories for hire.
